On October 24th and 25th, one GW team competed at the University of Richmond's Spider Classic in Richmond, VA. Thanks to Georgetown, University of Virginia, University of Richmond and Washington & Lee for four strong rounds, and special thanks to Tim Patterson over at the University of Richmond for running a great tournament.

GW finished the tournament in fifth place, with a winning record of 5-3 and an extraordinary CS of 23, the highest in the tournament. GW lost only to eventual tournament champions, the undefeated University of Virginia. GW also took home three individual awards: Dean Laurence won a witness award at 16 ranks, and Ari Kasper won both attorney and witness awards with 17 and 19 ranks respectively. Congratulations to Dean and Ari!
