In January, GW finished out its invitational season at back-to-back tournaments in New York: on January 22-24, GW competed at NYU's Downtown Invitational Classic, and on January 30-31, GW competed at Cornell's Big Red Invitational Classic. We would like to thank both programs for hosting outstanding tournaments, and we'd like to thank all of our competitors for providing strong competition. Congratulations in particular to Jacob Chervinsky for winning an Outstanding Attorney Award with 37 ranks out of 40 at NYU's Downtown Invitational, and to Paul Blair for winning an Outstanding Attorney Award with 19 ranks out of 20 and Jordan Hill for winning an Outstanding Witness Award with 17 ranks out of 20 at Cornell's Big Red Invitational.
GW now moves into the official American Mock Trial Association-sponsored Regionals tournaments. GW's A-team and C-team will be competing in New Haven, CT on February 5-6, and GW's B-team will be competing in Baltimore, MD on February 20-21.
