GW Mock Trial had a great couple of days on our own turf of Washington, DC this weekend, March 19-20th. We’d like to thank the University of Virginia for hosting the Capital City Opening Round Championship Series and for a well-run tournament! Our A and B Teams both had impressive showings.
Our B team finished the weekend with a strong record of 4-4. A special congratulations to sophomore captain, Alex Simone, on her individual award!
Our A team earned the second bid out to the National Championship Tournament with a record of 7-1! Congratulations to the whole team! And shout-out to Molly Hogan and Paden Gallagher for their individual awards!
Big thanks to all the friends and family that came out to support the team and a special thank you to our coaches, Jeremy Carter, Anneliese Mahoney and Kyle West, for helping us get this far.
We’re setting our eyes on Greenville, SC now and are starting to prep our State of Midlands v. Skyler Sinclair cases.
